THERE WAS NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. When I received reimbursement finally, it was only partial. Still waiting
Like many others, I have been a long time Otterbox fan. Until now. First, I tried ordering a new case for my new iPhone 12 Pro from the Otterbox website, which proved nearly impossible. Finally ordered a Defender Pro XT from Amazon. On its arrival it didn't seem nearly as robust as the previous models I've owned and I was quite concerned that it didn't protect the rear camera lenses at all. Which proved to be the case- scratched and cracked two camera lens protectors without ever dropping or banging my phone. Tried Otterbox customer support- no dice. Couldn't get through.
Did you notice the poor reviews even on their site? And the fact that you can't read what people have said. Looks like Otterbox has given up on quality and is trying to survive on their previously stellar reputation. I have no faith that this case will adequately protect my phone.

Was looking for information on their products. My co pant just gave me a new 8th generation IPad. It came with the defender series case, but being a construction superintendent, I need something more versatile. I would like a keyboard and a way to use it on the go. When I liked the “Can I Help you” tab, was immediately thrown into a computer generated response. I phrased my questions so that it would put my in direct conversation with a product specialist.(I’m still not sure I was talking to real individual). The response I received was SUPER quick and really didn’t answer my question, “What do I need to order to get a case, with keyboard and a mobile sling/strap/LATCH. I still don’t know what I need to use with the OtterBox family. I suggest they revamp their call system I order to SELL more product.
I purchased an OtterBox case for my Motorola one 5g. Case fit perfect. Everything lined up. Have dropped my phone twice and not a scratch. The only thing that I don't like is not having a belt clip. I have to carry my phone in my pocket. The Motorola one 5g isn't small. Just wish they would work on a belt clip option.
Worst experience I've ever had. I've never experienced such bad services and I'm super upset about the entire experience
There is zero customer support. Its all automated. I have order and received confirmation of order but thats as far as it got. Can not reach anyone. So Frustrating.

Saved me a new phone a few times..
Once.. I fell in a River and the Otter B kept the phone dry as can be...
I have needed replacement 'Boxes twice now and all they charge is shipping..
I bought the IPhone Defender phone case. Excellent service. Well packaged and presentation is also Excellent. The product is also Excellent. Well made. I have bought so many phone cases and they are no match to Otterbox.

Ordered a new phone case over two weeks ago, after nothing was received I checked the tracking to see that the package had been marked damaged beyond repair by the courier company 4 days previously, despite this, no one had let me know.
Contacted customer service, who told me that there had been a problem with my address, questioned this as this was a different reason to the courier response. I had to then email my tracking details as they clearly didn’t have them.
Various emails were passed, their customer service emails are very child like, referring to Otters compiling my order etc, and never actually addressing my questions.
Had used them previously, but once I get this order sorted, I won’t use them again, product is ok, customer service is amongst the worse I’ve experienced. There are plenty of competitors in this sector with decent products and customer service, don’t waste your time with Otterbox

Update. Contacted Colorado Better Business Bureau, and receipt was sent. Coincidence? They definitely need to get their customer service act together.Will not send receipt for purchase, and website is USELESS. Absolutely NOT AMAZING customer service, and no contact can be made with ANYONE at this company. I have tried for iver a month to get a copy of my purchase receipt. No luck, they suck.
Ordered a new s21 case the day the phone was released (14.1.21). I have been waiting 3 weeks and still no sign of the order and I have no new case for my phone. Emailed customer services to get an update and told if I haven't received the case by May!!!!, I should get back in touch. Joke of a company, very slow dispatch times. Don't order of you're in a rush.
Best product ever. Still using my S5 because of this case. Had the phone since 2017. Dropped on concrete and in water. Phone service provider hates this product because they can't sell me an expensive phone.
Previously had a great experience replacing an iphone case. Now it's absolutely the worst! I have a new phone and new case which is broken. It's not listed on their website. When I ask the Chat bot they keep sending me to the warranty page to enter a claim and I get stuck in a virtual loop. It's so frustrating that you can't speak to anyone, Covid-19 has had them close their live support center. I can't get a replacement of what I purchased a few months ago. I also can't select it when the form asks which product I need replaced.
